Town Council

Meetings are held at the Dutch John Conference Hall.

  • Regular business meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00 pm.
  • Work meetings are on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 6:00 pm followed by a business meeting at 7:00 pm.

Requests for items to be added to the agenda must be submitted by 5pm the Monday prior to scheduled meeting. Submittals must include details of agenda item and any documents etc that pertain to subject item. Requests can be emailed to hdickerson@dutchjohn.org and must be received by the above noted deadline.

Electronic Meeting Access

All meetings have live streaming access using Google Meet. The link for all scheduled electronic meetings is listed below.

We are using Google Meet, which may be used on a computer, smart phone or tablet. Check your app store for available apps or verify your browser’s compatibility before the meeting to avoid any issues. Meeting info may change, please check our calendar page prior to the scheduled meeting for the details or see the details on the individual events listed on the calendar.

Planning and Zoning Board

Meetings are held on the first and third Mondays of each month at 7:00 PM at the Dutch John Conference Hall.

  • For 2024 the Planning Commission will be holding workshop meetings once a month. Some regular business items may be allowed on the agenda when needed and arranged two weeks in advance. These are held on the third Monday of each month at 7:00 PM at the Dutch John Conference Hall.

Requests for items to be added to the regular agenda must be submitted by 5:00 pm the Thursday prior to scheduled meeting. Submittals must include details of agenda item and any documents, plans, drawings etc. that pertain to subject item. Requests can be emailed to pnz@dutchjohn.org and must be received by the above noted deadline.

Cemetery Board

The Dutch John cemetery board is made up of five members of the community: Craig Collett, Terri Winn, Julie Rogers, Chelsey Davis and Melissa Roloson. They meet regularly to plan for improvements to our cemetery and manage its use.
